RTA Property Assessments & Building Conditions

The Riverton Tenants Association conducts regular, building-by-building property assessments to document conditions across the complex, including safety, maintenance, and security issues. These reports, along with official housing violations from HPD, help ensure transparency, track ongoing concerns, and support our work with management to push for timely repairs and accountability.
