Riverton’s Regulatory Agreement with NYC

 

In 2015, A&E Real Estate entered into a binding regulatory agreement with the City of New York that granted significant tax benefits in exchange for long-term affordability protections and commitments to maintain the quality, safety, and livability of Riverton Square. The agreement establishes clear obligations around housing standards, tenant protections, and ongoing oversight by HPD.
