Riverton Tenants Association Submits Testimony to Mayor Mamdani’s “Rental Rip-Off” Tenant Forum

Following a vote of the RTA Executive Board, the Riverton Tenants Association submitted formal testimony to the Mayor’s Rental Rip-Off tenant forum highlighting ongoing building conditions—including more than 1,500 tenant complaints, hundreds of housing violations, and persistent maintenance and safety issues affecting Riverton Square residents.
